'How to NOT date a Narcissist' - SUPPORT Group Flyer

  • Who: Self-aware individuals 18+ who are desiring transformation in this next season and are very open to growing, learning, and connecting with others! 🛜

  • What: A 2-month container for adults navigating all things dating, romance, relationships, & singleness 💘 to find more clarity, confidence, and community! ($40/session when booked as a "Cohort Bundle").

  • This psychoeducational, support group will be facilitated by Lan Nguyen, LCSW (lannguyenlcsw.com). Lan aims to equip group members with tools, knowledge, and understanding of inevitable & looming relational threats (e.g., narcissistic and toxic people).

    👉🏼 Topics may include managing expectations & pressures, identifying red flags & warning signals, coping with relational conflict/triggers, & practicing vulnerability and assertiveness; developing strategies for dating smarter, not harder; examining identity & self-worth; reflecting on attachment styles & personality styles; discussing how to make the most of "cuffing season"

  • Why: Build community, find support, & have fun together! Connect, share, and grow with others. Find that you're not alone— come commiserate, bond, and have a good laugh 😆

  • When: Beginning Wednesday, 01/07/2026 at 8pm PT, Lan will be taking 10-12 brave people on an 8-week journey.

  • Where: Virtually via Google Meets
